Common questions about the Managed Website
Straight answers on what the service includes, what you supply, and what happens before and after your site goes live.
What is a Managed Website?
An ongoing service in which we plan and build your company website from your material, then host it, monitor it, and keep it up to date while the service is active. It costs €187/month, excluding VAT, with no setup fee.
Is hosting included?
Hosting included in €187/month. No separate hosting charge.
Do I keep my own domain?
Your domain stays in your own registrar account, under your control. You pay its registration and renewal directly to your registrar; it is not part of €187.
What happens to my existing website?
If the new site replaces an existing one, the page plan lists the pages, files, and old page addresses to carry over. We move the approved content and files, point the listed old addresses to their new pages, and, when your domain is pointed to our hosting, recreate your existing email settings and check that they are in place. Moving mailboxes, other systems, or large document collections is not included.
What do I need to supply?
Answers to a guided intake about your business and services, the company facts you want shown, projects or certificates you have the right to publish, your logo and photos, and any documents visitors may download. You approve the page plan, every fact and claim, and publication. Anything you cannot supply or support stays off the site.
How do you handle projects, certificates, and other proof?
We show only real projects, qualifications, certificates, and partner records that you supply, have the right to publish, and approve. A project can leave out names or sensitive details if you authorize that, and that decision stays your responsibility. We do not invent proof or verify claims for you.
How long does it take to get my site?
It depends mostly on how quickly your material and approvals arrive. Before building starts, you accept the agreement, finish the intake and approve the page plan. We also need what the first version requires and must be ready to start, and your first payment must have arrived. You then review a private first version, and the site goes live only when you approve publication.
Can I see the site before it goes live?
Yes. The first version stays private while you review it. You can ask for two consolidated rounds of changes within the approved page plan, and we publish only after you explicitly approve. Silence never counts as approval.
Which languages can my site have?
Up to two language versions of the same page plan. You approve each version. If your site has two versions, included content changes are made in both. Translations are not certified.
Can I change the site after it goes live?
Yes. Each month you can send one consolidated request for a small change to the site content. Unused requests do not carry over. Hosting, monitoring, and routine maintenance never use up that request.
What does work outside the agreed scope cost?
New pages, features, integrations, and other work beyond the approved page plan are not covered by the monthly price. We scope that work and agree it with you separately before any of it starts.
