Cookies and browser storage
We track and record all visitors to our Agency marketing pages. This site gives you no choice about this tracking and recording. There is no consent banner.
Read our privacy notice for the legal basis, recipients, transfers and your data rights.PostHog
Provider: PostHog, Inc., a US company, on its EU Cloud in Frankfurt. We use PostHog to understand how the site is used: pages visited, clicks and movements on the page, screen recordings of the visit, and device and browser details. Form inputs and anything typed are masked. A persistent identifier recognises returning visitors. We do not link analytics to your name or email address.
PostHog cookie and local storage
The ph_<project_token>_posthog cookie and the local storage entry of the same name store the persistent identifier. The cookie expires 365 days after it is last set. It is limited to this hostname and is not shared with other subdomains. Local storage has no automatic expiry and remains until cleared. <project_token> stands for this site's PostHog project token.
PostHog session storage
We also observed ph_<project_token>_posthog, ph_<project_token>_session_registered_properties, ph_<project_token>_primary_window_exists and ph_<project_token>_window_id in session storage. These support PostHog's analytics and recording within the browser session, including session properties and identifying the tab. Session storage lasts for the tab's page session and is normally cleared when the tab or window closes; a browser's session restore can preserve it.
Google Analytics
Provider: Google Ireland Limited. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how our Agency marketing pages are used, for all visitors. The _ga cookie distinguishes visitors. The _ga_4BJHKCBPTW cookie keeps session state for our G-4BJHKCBPTW property. Both have a default lifetime of 2 years, which browsers may shorten. Google signals, ads personalisation and granular location and device data are off. Form interactions are not measured. Nothing typed into the contact form is sent to Google Analytics. GA4 event and user data are kept for 2 months; this setting does not apply to aggregated reports.
Strictly necessary storage
We observed no strictly necessary cookies or browser storage set by this site. The storage listed above is used for analytics and recording. PostHog and Google Analytics do not run on our example sites or on the separate project questionnaire we send to customers.
Browser controls
Your browser may let you block or delete cookies and clear local and session storage. These are features of your browser, not choices offered by this site. Blocking cookies alone may leave local storage in place.
